ordering

when you place an order with us online we automatically send confirmation of it to you in an email that includes the order number, plus all order and personal details. if you DO NOT receive this confirmation it means we have not received your order. the internet does this from time to time. if you have not heard from us within 3 working days of placing an order, please email info@lightcards,co.uk or telephone 0117 9513739 and we'll come to the rescue. obviously your order is very important to us and our customer care is a personal matter

delivery

the uk charge for postage and packaging is free within the uk, while the rest of europe is £1.25 and £1.65 to the rest of the world
our standard delivery time is 72 hours
if in stock, orders are despatched immediately by royal mail

we will contact you with an estimated delivery time for items that are out of stock

returns policy

all our cards carry a FULL MONEY BACK guarantee
any item you order from us can be returned for replacement or refund within 14 days of the date it was shipped, provided the item is returned in new and undamaged condition
if you require a refund, we will refund the original purchase price of the items returned less delivery costs
remember to include your name and address, along with details of whether you'd like a replacement or a refund

• items returned to us arriving damaged, or lost, will not be credited
• items damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery
• please inform us of damages within three days of receiving the order and return the damaged item
