Light Cards began as a tiny idea that happened somewhere in Bristol, possibly Easton.

It stayed an idea for quite a while .. like years. Then suddenly inspiration came from somewhere, Poppy came alive and I went on a business course! Simply to be able to create something ...  a little bit different.

I think that by that I mean that we all keep moving about the place and we don't stay in one village for our entire lives and end up marrying George who lived at no.45. No .. we have very eclectic lives and eclectic friends and relatives who on occasion, how very dare they, leave the country. We sometimes have to be vigilant to keep our people - the chosen few - with us and why they need a good greetings card every now and again. Well I would say that, but it's true. It is.

Also would like to finish by saying I don't know about anyone else, but I think we live in stressful times and we need small moments of fun to keep the signal. Light hearted moments. I seem to recall that that was the reason to be called Light Cards.

Now then, go check out the cards, some of them are ok.
